Not legal advice
Credit Repair Ease, its website, the DIY Credit Repair Playbook and the AI companion provide general information about federal and state consumer credit laws for educational purposes only. They are not legal advice, do not constitute the practice of law, and are not a substitute for advice from an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
Using the website, purchasing or using a product, or communicating about an order does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Self-help only
Credit Repair Ease sells self-help materials. It is not a credit repair service. It does not contact credit bureaus, creditors, collectors or anyone else on your behalf. You decide what to dispute, and you prepare, sign and send everything yourself.
No promised results
Nothing on this website or in the products promises that your credit score will rise by any amount or within any time, or that any item will be removed. Federal law lets you challenge information that is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable. Accurate, timely negative information can lawfully remain on your credit reports for the period the law allows, and no person or company can legally remove it just because it hurts your score.
AI output
The AI companion generates suggestions and draft letters from the playbook and the information you provide. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review everything it produces, check it against the playbook and official sources, and only send statements you believe are true and accurate.
Laws, figures and procedures change
Credit reporting and debt collection are governed by federal law, but statutes of limitations, medical-debt rules and other protections vary by state. Laws, agency rules, bureau policies, mailing addresses and scoring models can change after publication. Confirm current requirements with official sources before acting.
Deadlines require prompt attention
A lawsuit, summons, garnishment, levy, repossession or foreclosure may involve a short deadline. Do not delay action because you are reading a playbook. Seek qualified legal help promptly when rights, property or deadlines are at risk.
Not financial, tax or accounting advice
General discussion of debts, settlements, budgets, credit products or financial choices is not individualized financial, tax or accounting advice. Settling or forgiving a debt can have tax consequences; ask a tax professional about your situation.
Accuracy and liability
Reasonable efforts are made to provide useful, current information, but no warranty is made that every statement is complete, current, or applicable to a particular situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Repair Ease and those associated with the materials are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on or inability to use the materials.
