Information we collect
Stripe collects payment and checkout information, including your name, email, billing details, payment method information, purchase, and transaction identifiers. Credit Repair Ease receives limited order information from Stripe, such as your email, purchased product, payment status, amount, and Checkout Session identifier. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, request timestamps, and security logs. Our delivery system records whether a download link was issued, its expiration, and the number of downloads remaining.
Your credit reports and the AI companion
We never receive your credit reports, letters, or the information you share with the AI companion. The companion runs inside your own account with the third-party AI service you choose: Claude, provided by Anthropic, or ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI. Anything you upload there is handled under that provider's terms and your personal or workspace privacy settings. The setup guide shows you how to hide your full Social Security number and account numbers before uploading and how to review those settings.
Please do not email us your credit reports, Social Security number or account numbers. We don't need them to help with an order.
How we use information
We use information to process and verify orders, provide secure downloads, prevent misuse, respond to support and refund requests, maintain records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Stripe processes checkout and payment data under its own privacy terms. Netlify hosts the website, server functions, private file storage, and delivery records. These providers process information to perform services for us and apply their own security and privacy practices.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers as needed to operate the store, with professional advisers, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention and security
We keep order and delivery records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. No transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls, secret-managed credentials, signed webhooks, and expiring download links to reduce risk.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information connected with an order or to request an available privacy right. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
Children and changes
The website and products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change.
