Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Credit Repair Ease. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
Eligibility and product selection
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for selecting the product you intend to buy. The Playbook includes the DIY Credit Repair Playbook PDF. The Playbook + AI Companion also includes separate companion files for Claude and ChatGPT and a setup guide.
What you are buying
Credit Repair Ease sells self-help educational materials and tools that you use yourself. We do not perform credit repair services. We do not contact credit bureaus, creditors, collectors or anyone else on your behalf, and we do not prepare, review, sign or send letters for you.
Product, price, and payment
The products are digital files: a searchable, printable PDF playbook and, with the companion option, separate Claude and ChatGPT skill packages plus a setup guide PDF. The price shown in Stripe Checkout is the total product price before any applicable tax. It is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Stripe processes payments; Credit Repair Ease does not directly receive or store your full card number.
Digital delivery
After successful payment verification, the confirmation page provides a private download link for each purchased file. Each link expires after 72 hours and may be used up to three times. Contact info@21cdvgroup.com from the checkout email if a working link is not provided.
The AI companion
The companion is provided in separate editions for Claude, a service from Anthropic, and ChatGPT, a service from OpenAI. You need your own account with the service you choose. The ChatGPT edition requires Plugins and Skills access and permission to install or upload a custom plugin; availability depends on plan, workspace role and administrator settings, and some accounts may not offer it. No AI subscription, workspace or administrator permission is included with the purchase.
Your use of either service is governed by that provider's terms, plans, privacy settings and workspace controls, which may change. Credit Repair Ease is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI and does not control either service's availability, features, eligibility, pricing or data practices.
The companion produces drafts and suggestions based on the playbook and the information you provide. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing everything it produces, checking it against the playbook and official sources, and deciding what to sign and send.
Personal-use license
Your purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, store, print, and use the purchased files for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may print the worksheets and sample letters for your own use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights do not transfer to you.
You may not share a file or download link, post a file online, resell or sublicense it, use it to provide services to others, distribute copies, remove ownership notices, or use it to create a competing product. Uses permitted by applicable law are not restricted.
Refunds
A refund may be requested within seven calendar days after purchase only if none of the purchased files has been downloaded. Once any included file has been downloaded, the sale is final except where law requires otherwise. See the complete Refund Policy.
No promised results
The products provide general educational information, not legal or financial advice. Nothing in them or on this website promises that your credit score will rise by any amount or within any time, or that any item will be removed from your credit reports. Federal law lets you challenge information that is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable. Accurate, timely negative information can lawfully remain on your reports for the period the law allows.
Updates, accuracy, and availability
Laws, agency rules, bureau policies, addresses, scoring models and third-party services change. Verify current requirements with official sources before acting. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change prospectively.
Warranty and liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products and website are provided "as is" without a warranty of a particular legal, financial, credit or other outcome. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
